I'll start off by saying I'm 5'5", 140 lbs., with an hourglass-shaped body. When reading reviews for clothes on Amazon, the first thing I look for is somebody's comment when they have the same body-type as me, so I figured my info might help someone else!
I ordered this unitard in Black (size Medium). It feels a little tight once you start trying to get your arms in or out, but once it's completely on, it fits great! The legs are a little long by a couple inches but that's not a deal-breaker for me. I also noticed it is a bit transparent (so you could slightly see my black bra and underwear), but I switched to tan undergarments and then everything looked great. It's fairly breathable so I didn't sweat much when I had it on for multiple hours. I read a few comments from ladies complaining about the seam riding up their crotch (aka "camel toe") but I didn't have that problem, so it may just depend on what kind of underwear you've got on underneath...
I wore this as part of my black cat costume for Halloween, and I'm glad I chose from this seller. I received the package in less than a week (I believe it was exactly 5 days from the date of purchase) and in perfect condition (no stray thread or fabric).

Unitard fit according to size chart. Sturdy stitching and very stretchy fabric. Excellent quality. I'll get a lot of use out of it.
