This is an excellent unitard for water aerobics, fitness or competitive swim training. It is very comfortable.

picking the right size is tricky without any size chart. I bought XXL since I am a big girl - 5'5'' and 196 pounds. When it is dry, it fits good. But in the pool thighs are very loose. It might be better to get XL.
But at the end of the day, the material feels really good. However, my upper body is also big, it supports my chest fine. Navy color looks really good. The shipping was really fast.

Im a plus sized woman who love to swim but not excited about most swimwear because I like to stay covered. I recently joined a water therapy class and I purchased this unitard. I'm very pleased by the material, and the Way it fit. I just ordered another one .

smooth, slimming, lightweight - perfect for water exercise class - true to size - looks short in the leg until you get it on, then goes almost mid-thigh
